Personalized Autonomic Resilience
Revago is a clinician-facing platform for structured autonomic measurement, a standardized three-condition stress test, a defined classification method, and a record of what was measured over time.
Provisional patent filed June 2026 · Classification thresholds are preliminary and not yet validated

A brief assessment. A personalized profile. Measurable progress.
A standardized stress test captures how your nervous system responds to stress and how quickly it recovers.
Revago's classification engine sorts the measurements into a defined pattern, and the clinician selects practices from that result.
Measurements are repeated across the protocol so change over time is recorded rather than recalled.
A single resting number describes one moment. This measures rest, response and recovery as one sequence.
The stress test captures three conditions, rest, cognitive load, and recovery, and the classification method uses RMSSD and heart rate only.
Medications including beta-blockers, SSRIs and stimulants affect heart rate variability. Medication status is recorded alongside every measurement and shown to the clinician.
Revago is a tool used by a licensed clinician. It does not diagnose, and it is not a substitute for clinical judgement.
The Research
Research on heart rate variability biofeedback as a general method. These are studies of the method, not studies of Revago.
Heart rate variability biofeedback as a general method has a published research base. That research is evidence for the method Revago is built on, not evidence for Revago.
Revago's classification thresholds were derived by a clinician from clinical reasoning and the research literature. None of them has been validated in a published study. A trial to test them has been designed and has not begun. No patient has completed the protocol, and no outcome data exists.
The normative reference values used for context were collected with participants lying down, while this protocol measures participants seated. No study directly compares the two in this protocol.
Nothing on this site claims that Revago or any practice in it treats, improves, resolves or cures any condition.
